Custom Pricing Designed for Trades-Based Businesses

No two trades businesses are alike—which is why I don’t offer flat-rate packages or generic pricing. Whether you're a solo contractor, run a skilled trades crew, or manage a service-based business, you deserve a plan that fits your real-world operations—not someone else’s template.

My goal is to build a custom virtual assistant support package that reflects how you actually work—your jobsite schedule, your budget, and your business priorities—so you’re only paying for what you truly need.

Most of my clients only need 1-2 hours a day to get their back office under control — with no overhead, no payroll, and no long-term commitment. That's less than you spend chasing one overdue invoice — and it changes everything.

Need to add or remove a service? No problem. Want to increase or decrease your service level or task frequency? That’s totally fine. I offer flexible admin support packages that can be adjusted as your trade business evolves.

What’s Included

Support packages are fully customizable around the real needs of your trades business — whether you're a solo operator or managing a small crew.

Services range from scheduling, invoicing, and customer follow-ups to vendor coordination, bookkeeping support, social media, and website updates. If you need it handled, chances are I can help.

Whether you need light admin support for a few key tasks or ongoing remote office management, your package is built around your pace, priorities, and budget.

How Pricing Works

We’ll begin with a free 30-minute consultation where I’ll learn about your trade business, your current admin systems (if any), your goals, and the kind of support that would make the biggest impact.

During this call, we’ll discuss:

  • The specific tasks you want to delegate

  • The level of support you require

  • How often you need help

  • Your budget and priorities

From there, we’ll get started with a short onboarding period using prepaid hourly blocks. This allows me to learn your systems, workflows, and day-to-day operations while providing immediate support where you need it most.

Onboarding is typically completed in the first 1-2 months. After the onboarding period, we’ll review what’s working and transition into a personalized monthly service package tailored to your business.

As a small business owner myself, I know how important it is to invest wisely. No two trades businesses operate the same way, so your support shouldn’t either.

How Service Level and Frequency Affect Pricing

Once we’ve identified the areas where you need support, the next step is determining the service frequency and service level—both of which influence your overall investment.

Frequency refers to how often tasks are completed. This could be daily, a few times per week, or on an as-needed basis depending on your workflow.

Service Level refers to the depth or complexity of the work involved. More hands-on or detailed tasks require a higher level of support.

For example, take Inbox Management:

  • Level One includes monitoring your inbox, clearing spam, flagging important messages, and organizing emails into folders (such as Priority, Needs a Quote, or Follow-Up).
  • Level Two includes responding to client inquiries on your behalf, drafting replies for approval, or managing communication directly—based on your preferences.

Take Scheduling as another example:

  • Level One includes adding booked jobs to your calendar, sending appointment confirmations to clients, and flagging scheduling conflicts.
  • Level Two includes proactively managing your schedule, coordinating with crew, rescheduling cancelled appointments, and keeping your calendar optimized week to week.

Every service follows this structure — starting with an onboarding period and evolving into ongoing support. Whether you need light admin help or deeper involvement, we'll find the right fit.

You don't have to do it all yourself. Let's take the admin workload off your plate.

Support You Can Count On, at a Price That Makes Sense.
